Our Discovery sessions are around 20 minutes long. Our physiotherapist will perform an assessment, diagnose your problem and advise you on the best action to take. A Discovery video call can be performed over Zoom, Skype, FaceTime and others - please let us know the platform of your choice. If you are new to video calls, set up is often simple and we can instruct you on how to get yourself set up.
